The support is excellent. Store view code was little tricky

We have had many issues with the extension we bought but the support has been very resolutive about them in short time so we're very happy about that

The Team at Firebear are just amazing. Ive purchased almost all their extensions for Magento 2, very pleased with how easy and professional the whole outcome has been.

The team are always happy to assist with anything relating to their extensions, andvery responsive with any types of questions or modifications.

I'm using their products on 2 websites, and plan to continue suing them on other projects too.

Great as anytime

Firebear has great support. We upgraded our Magento 2.2 to Magento 2.3 and had some issues with duplicate urls on import. We didn't know it the firebear module caused the issues, but they still helped us. They tested it on our server and found a solution. Very good support. Special mention to Barbara who is always very friendly and helpfull on the chat, and for Ravi who helped us on the technical side.

Extension seems great, does all we want it to do. Had a few issues with installation because of custom issues on our server and FireBear sorted us out.

I encounter a few issues with import export module, they provide solutions and fixes immediately.
