Overview

This is a technical support service renewal for Firebear Studio Magento 2 connectors. When you purchase a Firebear connector, the Firebear team installs and establishes connecting with the relevant CRM or ERP system. Once the installation and connection are established, for additional assistance you will be required to purchase the support period.

Support period includes:

  • 20 hours of development time, which can be used during three months since the date of purchase. In case any customization is required.
  • Fixing any issues with the new Magento 2 versions and updates.
  • Fixing any issues with the new CRM and ERP versions within a version branch.
  • Installing the most recent updates of the connector and updating the sync.
  • Getting improvement updates and stability fixes for the connector.

One-time purchase

No recurring payments, no SAAS. You can renew your support period whenever you need it. If the connection works properly, or you have an inhouse team - you won't probably need our assistance.

About connector updates

We are constantly working with the CRM and ERP systems, and improving our products. That is why once in a while we release new versions of the connectors. These new versions may feature stablity, speed improvements, or some vital functionality updates and changes that can help you in your work.

In other words, the new version of the connector will have much more features and will be much more stable than the version you have installed half a year ago. With constant updates and increasing QA and development upkeep we have to charge for the extension updates.

What technical support does not cover

Technical support does NOT cover adjustments or customization of the connection that has been established as a part of the connector license purchase.

Any adjustments to the flow not discussed as a part of the initial setup will be considered as a separate project.
