Our app streamlines the import and export of BigCommerce products, offering the convenience of popular file formats like CSV, XML, and XLSX, and such data sources as Google Sheets and Google Drive (standard file uploads and FTP transfers are possible too). You can effortlessly export products in a single row, apply changes, and then re-import them back, making catalog updates a breeze.

With the application, you can automate updates by scheduling import and export profiles to run at predefined intervals, effectively reducing the time spent on manual management tasks. Our intuitive mapping functionality allows you to effortlessly match columns from the imported file with corresponding BigCommerce product fields, saving you valuable time that would otherwise be spent on file editing.

Additionally, we're excited to announce that customer and order import capabilities are on the horizon and set to be released along with other features in 2023-2024. Stay tuned for these valuable additions!

How it works

Our BigCommerce Import & Export Tool seamlessly interfaces with the BigCommerce API, granting you dedicated access to a specialized BigCommerce backend section. Within this section, you gain the power to effortlessly manage the import and export of your product catalog.

Our tool allows you to create and customize import and export profiles, offering a range of automation preferences. You can define file types, specify sources from which files are uploaded, and fine-tune file mapping to match your unique needs.

The mapping tool plays a pivotal role, enabling you to replace unsupported column names in your imported file with the corresponding BigCommerce product properties. This ensures a seamless alignment between your data and your store's product attributes. Moreover, our tool extends this functionality to exports, allowing you to create custom column names as required by your partners and use them in place of standard BigCommerce properties.

How to import any file to BigCommerce

Properties mapping allows you to import files with products to your store from different sources. Basically, it allows you to disregard how the columns are named inside the imported file. All you need to do is match the column names from the file you are importing with the property names from your BigCommerce store.
